Good questions, straight answers
Do I need my own texting number?
No. We set up a number registered to your business with the phone carriers, which takes a few business days. Review requests go by email in the meantime, so you can start the day you sign up.
What if a customer is unhappy?
They can tell you privately from the same page, and you get an email straight away with what they said and how to reach them. They can still leave a public review if they prefer; that choice is always theirs.
Can I import my customer list?
Yes, from a spreadsheet or your job software's export. Customers whose job was more than 30 days ago are saved but not texted, so nobody gets a surprise message about work from last year.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Will it work with my job software?
Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks and many others connect through Zapier, and there is an API for anything else. You can also upload a spreadsheet or mark jobs done by hand.
What happens when my texts run out?
Review requests go by email until your next billing period starts. We never charge for extra texts.
