Pricing questions
What happens when my texts run out?
Review requests go by email until your next billing period starts. We never charge for extra texts. If you regularly need more, a larger plan includes more.
What counts as a text?
Each review request or follow-up sent by text is one text. Most review requests fit in one or two message segments; the allowance counts messages, not segments.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from Plan & billing in your account. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up your texting number with the carriers is included.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan to keep sending. If you do not, nothing is charged, review requests pause, and anything already scheduled waits a week for you.
