SMS Terms

Businesses use RepComet, a service of SocialPoints Media LLC, to ask their customers about recent work. If you received a text from a business through RepComet, here is what to expect.

What you will receive

After a business completes a job for you, it may send you a text asking how it went, with a link to a page where you can leave a review or send the business private feedback. You will receive at most two messages about each job (a request and one follow-up, which may be by email instead), and no follow-up once you have answered.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts from that business through RepComet. You may receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Replying END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL works the same way.

Help

Reply HELP for help, or email support@repcomet.com.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. RepComet and the business never charge you for these messages.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

Your mobile number and your opt-in are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. The business that texted you can see whether you opened its link and what you chose. See our Privacy Policy.
